To all my dear spiritual friends in Lebanon and dear Lebanese expats,

I have just realized what is happening in Lebanon, and my heart goes out to everyone affected.

I completely understand and empathize with the emotions you are feeling about what is happening, and I would never intend to diminish anyone’s experience or feelings.

I would just like to share a reminder:

Remember that your frequency is extremely important right now. Your energetic state can positively affect those around you. Don’t allow yourself to be pulled into what negative forces want you to feel, those low vibrations that can drag you down and prevent you from helping by maintaining a high frequency. I know it’s not easy, but I urge you to try your best for the sake of our families.

Maintaining a high frequency means complete surrender to God’s will and placing your trust in God when it comes to yourself and your loved ones. When you release your worries and fears, you align yourself with divine energy, allowing yourself to rise above the chaos and maintain a higher vibrational state. This state of being not only helps you but also radiates outward, positively affecting those in your life. It’s like being a light in the darkness, helping others find their way simply by staying connected to that higher power and trusting in God’s plan.

So please, focus on your frequency, keep it high by staying aligned with faith, and remember that this inner strength allows you to be a source of love and healing for others.

Here are some exercises that can help you stay connected to yourself and avoid the trap of the mind and fear:

It’s easy to fall into the trap of the mind, doubt, and losing faith. However, staying connected to your deeper self is the key to maintaining your faith and avoiding getting lost in doubt or fear. Here are some exercises that can help you stay grounded:

Practice presence: Whenever you feel overwhelmed by thoughts, bring your attention back to the present moment. Feel your body and your breath and remember that the present moment is your anchor to the invisible world.

Visualize the light: Imagine a golden light emanating from your heart, connecting you directly to the source. Every day, take a few minutes to visualize this light guiding and protecting you.

Spiritual affirmations: Recite affirmations that strengthen your faith and connection to the divine, such as: “I am an eternal soul, guided and loved,” or “I am always connected to the unseen and receive its messages clearly and with gratitude.”

By practicing these, you will remain connected to your deeper self and avoid the traps of the mind. Remember, the mind often seeks to distract us from our spiritual path, but with the right practices, you can overcome moments of doubt and stay grounded in your faith.

And remember that in times of chaos and darkness, your energetic state can be a beacon of hope – keep your frequency high through trust in God’s plan, and let your elevated energy guide others through challenging times.
