In our current era, most people seem to suffer from chronic illnesses, and those who are fortunate only occasionally fall ill (due to a virus, bacteria, or infection) and recover from time to time. For Nada, based on her background, illness is often considered a message from our body—a sign of imbalance or dissonance on an emotional, mental, or spiritual level. This is the general understanding of illness:

  1. The Message of Illness:
  • Illness is viewed as a way for the body to communicate with us, alerting us to aspects of ourselves that need attention and healing.
  • It can be seen as a reflection of emotional imbalances, negative thought patterns, or spiritual blockages that we carry.
  1. The Composition of Illness:
  • Illness is considered the result of a combination of emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental factors.
  • It can be influenced by toxic thoughts, suppressed emotions, unresolved traumas, and limiting beliefs, in addition to external factors like stress, diet, and the environment.
  1. How Illness Begins to Manifest in the Body:
  • Illness often begins to manifest in the body as a response to negative thought patterns, suppressed emotions, or unresolved internal conflicts.
  • Persistent negative attitudes, repeated toxic behaviors, chronic stress, or untreated traumas can all contribute to the onset of illness.
  1. The Impact of Human Behavior and Attitude:
  • Human behavior and daily attitudes can play a crucial role in the development of illness.
  • Negative thought patterns, defeatist attitudes, repressed emotions, and inappropriate stress responses can all contribute to weakening the immune system and creating a fertile ground for illness.

In short, illness is often seen as a message from the body, resulting from emotional, mental, or spiritual imbalance, as well as negative behaviors and attitudes in daily life. This is why I discussed balance and its secrets extensively in my course “The Shift.”
