Every year, we celebrate World Health Day with great focus on our bodies: nutrition, exercise, sleep, medical check-ups…
But have you ever considered that true health might not be related to the body at all?
In truth, “Health Day” should not just be a celebration of the body, but an invitation to reflect on a deeper reality: that health does not depend on matter.
The body is merely a reflection, a temporary illusion, an echo of a deeper state in our consciousness.
True healing doesn’t occur when we fix the body, but when we return to our original nature… our eternal, non-material essence.
The body speaks… the language of emotions
Let’s take a simple example:
When we hold on to old anger or repressed sadness—do they disappear?
No. They become deeply rooted… often choosing the stomach as their home.
Over time, symptoms start to appear: digestive issues, heartburn, tension, bloating. But in reality, the body is not the one suffering; it’s merely reflecting unprocessed emotional information.
When we free our consciousness from these stuck emotions, the body naturally follows… and returns to balance.
Consciousness first… then the body
As long as we believe that matter (the body) creates consciousness, we remain afraid of illness, worried about aging, and dependent on external solutions.
But the truth is the opposite: it is creative, infinite consciousness that shapes the body, forms it, and restores its balance.
Imagine someone living in constant anxiety.
Their mind continuously projects scenarios of danger, lack, and helplessness.
Gradually, their systems are affected: insomnia, muscular tension, digestive troubles, weakened immunity.
It’s not external events making them sick, but their perception of them.
Shift your perception… and your body will heal
True health begins within: with your awareness, your perception, your emotions.
The more conscious and peaceful you become, the more your body regains its natural harmony… effortlessly.
